America is dead to me.

I didn't leave America. America left me.

I'm moving to Italy as soon as I cash in my Lehman Brothers principle protected notes. Thank Christ I was wise enough to move my money into a safe investment before Barack HUSSEIN Obama ruined our flourishing Reagan economy.

Up yours America! And I don't mean that in the way you sodomites would enjoy it.

I hate John McCain

It’s been a long long time since I posted an entry here, yet my site meter shows tens of thousands of hits per day. This is a testament to my in depth analysis and a moral clarity that rivals America’s founding fathers’ unfaltering mission to cleanse this nation of the heathens that defiled this great land before their arrival.

It seems all my hard work has been for naught as our Republican nominee is John McCain. This man is a snake disguised as a wolf. Oh dear Lord how he rubs me raw. About the only good thing the man has done was put his wife in her place. Otherwise, he flip-flops more than a trout out of water raging on methamphetamine. First he’s against drilling for oil, now he’s for it. First he’s against the gooks, now he’s for them. First he hates Bush, now he loves him. First he hates people like me, then he loves us, then he hates us again. On and on... Pick an issue and this guy has been on three sides of it.

I can’t stand this weasel. He will say anything for political expedience.

Just vote for Ron Paul and sleep better at night knowing God won’t strike you down for being a dumb ass.

Update 7/10/2008:

And now McCain flip-flops on keeping his wife in line.

Responding to a question about a survey that shows increased exports to Iran, mainly from cigarettes, McCain said, "Maybe that's a way of killing them."

He quickly caught himself, saying "I meant that as a joke" as his wife, Cindy, poked him in the back.

So, now Cindy McCain dictates foreign policy? If John McCain can’t man-up enough to tell this woman to mind her own business then how can he possibly eradicate the terrorists that are lurking in every American community?

Unfair Sentencing Practices

I had a rather rude awakening regarding our criminal justice system. I was convicted of battery and sentenced to three months in jail. The sentence was based on the fact that this was only my fifth offense not including the domestic charges.

The judge stated, "We can't have people beating others simply because they are driving slower than the speed limit." Fine, I accept that. Albeit, reluctantly. It does make some sense in the fact that I ended up delaying traffic more than the person who started the altercation with their disregard to the flow of traffic.

My problem is with the overly harsh sentence. Now, I think three months is fine if I had knocked out the teeth of a teenager, but I find it unacceptable that someone would be sentenced that long for doing the same thing to someone in their eighties. Where's the fairness in that? It is plain unjust that the sentence wasn't prorated.

I'm not interested in getting into a debate about what the base sentence should be regarding battery. So, let's forget about my personal experience and deal with something a little less abstract such as murder. For the sake of argument let's say we are in some liberal state that only has life in prison. Again, I don't want to get into a debate on this, I'm just trying to simplify my point.

If some doctor performs an abortion on an unborn child then quite obviously that murderer should be sentenced to life in prison along with the mother. The child had all of their natural life taken away from them and it's pretty simple to see that the murderers should have all of their natural life taken away from them. Let them rot in prison.

What about if someone murders a seventy year old? Should that person spend life in prison? What sense would that make? Men are only expected to live to seventy-five in the United States. The victim only lost five years of their life. So, isn't it reasonable for the sentence to be five years?

That's my point. It takes a lot more time to make a younger person whole than it does an older person. Now, statistically, this idiot driver shouldn't even be around. How exactly did I take anything away from someone who, for a lack of a better term, is the walking dead? It seems to me that I should have been convicted, but should not have to serve any time.

Well, we'll see how the appeal goes. This system just sucks time and money from people that don't have the time to figure out all the loopholes.

A bigger threat than Iran?

Dear avid reader,

Much attention has been put on Iran and the fact that they managed to infiltrate our intelligence community to produce a National Intelligence Estimate that makes the spurious claim that Iran stopped their nuclear weapons program in 2003. True, this alone justifies a massive invasion of Iran, Syria and Croatia.

However, there is a much more daunting enemy than the aforementioned axis of evil. Now, before everyone jumps on my case here, let me point out that while we know these countries are working together to build a nuclear weapon that will kill or maim every American citizen in the world the fact of the matter is that these countries have been rather gutless in asserting their will. When was the last time you heard these three nations threaten the United States? Because of the decisive leadership of President Bush there is self doubt and hesitation among these extremist states.

There is, however, one rogue nation that openly threatens America's leadership in the world: Papua New Guinea

The frightening fact is that we don't even have a National Intelligence Estimate on Papua New Guinea's nuclear capability. But, we do know that the majority of the country's population subscribes to extremist religious beliefs with 34% practicing Indigenlam and another 22% taking orders from the Roman Catholic Cult. There is only a 4% Christian population. Given this fact, wouldn't it be prudent to invade now? We could easily overwhelm the island defenses with the element of surprise. Believe me, no one would expect an invasion now.

Unfortunately, I am no longer a campaign adviser due to an altercation with a female staff member. So, don't expect to see this very serious issue brought up in any of the Republican debates as the candidates all appear to be asleep at the wheel.

Update:

We now have indirect evidence of the Guinea nuclear program. Reputable scientists have discovered genetically mutated rats and possums around the suspected weapons site.

My Choice for President

Okay, you all can stop sending me emails asking who to vote for. After careful consideration I am endorsing Ron Paul for president.

SCHIP and the media lies.

I'm phasing out this blog since my new job has me involved in a more direct role in government policy, but I just felt I had to comment on President Bush's veto of SCHIP.

Some would say my use of the phrase "media lies" is a bit harsh since technically the media hasn't lied about this issue. Rather, the media just hasn't told the full truth. To me, this is the same as a lie.

The media is correct in reporting that H.R. 976 (Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2007) would have insured half of the currently uninsured children in the United States. While that is surely a noble endeavor, the media has failed to disclose that SCHIP would not kill one single terrorist. Not one.

That is a 100% loss on investment. So, you tell me: Do you want a president that enacts legislation that flushes 100% of your tax dollars down the toilet? Or do you want a president that acts heroically in the face of a media onslaught and veto's this type of junk legislation?

Update:
Dear liberals, I see you out there. Too spineless to comment? I think we both know the answer to that.

Terrorist Ring Leader Dead

I'd like to see the idiot liberals try to spin this one. President Bush had the pleasure to announce that the most wanted terrorist was killed in the war on terror. After many years of failure by the Clinton administration, the Bush administration has finally killed Nelson Mandela. What say you liberal swine? Your silence speaks volumes.
